week 7: Living in the past
If I could live in a different era, it would be in the time of the Indians. I would love to be in that era, because I would be able to learn how to fish and hunt in a different way. I would also have to get over my weakness of always being cold. I am literally always cold, even in the summer. I would have to learn how to make a fire without having the access to a torch and gas. I would love to be able to ride a horse all the time to get wherever Im going. This kind of lifestyle honestly seems really nice to me. having to take care of myself with only the stuff I would be able to find in nature would be difficult but it would be so interesting. I grew up with my grandparents always being around and they were always talking about this era, especially my grandma. She loves the history about all of this. I also got my love for this era from her.

How are you cold in the summer? That doesn't even make sense
ReplyDeleteI think I would love to like in that era as well!!! I have an appreciation for nature, and the "indians" respected nature and used their resources responsibly. But I wouldn't like how people come onto my land and take over. It would be very tragic to see this happen. especially if i lived through it and was forced onto a reserve.
